Erie police picked up a pit bull Sunday night after someone who apparently felt threatened by the dog shot at it, police said.

Neither the person nor the dog was hurt, police said.

Police picked up the dog near East 23rd and Wallace streets at about 10:30 p.m. and took it to the A.N.N.A. Shelter, a department spokesman said.

Welp, I have officially become one of those crazy dog people I guess. Everyone already thought that I was a goofball because every other one of my Facebook posts is about Jada, my pitbull, but here we are on Blogger writing about her, too.
I am devoting this blog not only to Jada but to all the pitbulls out there, the ones with good homes and the ones that are searching for someone to love them. I may not be able to donate tons of money or tons of time, but I can make people aware of the breed and the love these great, loyal animals have to give.
